We are recruiting for several bar stewards to join a tight-knit team of bartenders within a VVIP formal private residence in the Middle East. This is a large multicultural team of 30 bartenders, currently seeking to expand further. For the right candidate, they aim to offer training and promotion to Mixologist within 6-12 months.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the bar and work area
• Assisting bartenders as needed.
• Keep bar stocked with products needed throughout shift
• Ensure that glasses, stirrers, shakers, strainers and other tools are clean and in the proper position for use

Ideal Candidate

• At least 2 year experience working in a similar role
• Experience in hospitality service and some mixology preferred.
• English language required
• Well presented and confident
• Have a flexible attitude
• Willing to travel
• Highly professional
