We are a recruiting for a very prestigious VVIP family in Abu Dhabi who are looking for an experienced female Estate Manager. We require someone with a empathetic and strong personality who would be an exceptional asset to the household to ensure there is not a huge turnover of staff at the property. There is one huge property to manage with 20+ staff members depending on an event space. You would be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the property at all times including upkeep, cataloging, staff management, ensuring the highest standards of service at all times with the service team. You would be required to go over for a 7-10 day paid trial period to ensure you have fantastic chemistry with the family.

Responsibilities

• Complete oversight of principals' home; maintaining consistency of standards, procedures and services including coordinating with other managers, staff and vendors to achieves successful outcomes for the family
• Maintain and update all household manuals, policies and processes
• Daily communication with principals and other support staff to ensure smooth operations
• Service of principal and guests during events
• Demonstrate high-end design sensibilities and appreciation of aesthetic quality
• Oversee scheduling and smooth operations (orchestrating staff accordingly) for all events at the residences
• Ensuring scheduling of all staff is done
• Ensuring all family members in the household have their needs for-filled

Ideal Candidate

• Female only due to cultural reasons
• Fluent English
• Worked on prestigious estates in the past
• Ability to travel when/if required
• Possess a formal yet comfortable demeanour, a hands-on attitude, and be flexible with their schedule
• Being comfortable working with Middle Eastern VVIPs
