We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced female house manager to join a wonderful principal in UAE. You would have complete responsibility for the household and would ensure all standards are maintained.
Responsibilities
Complete oversight of principal's home
Maintaining consistency of standards, procedures and services, including coordinating with other managers, staff and vendors to achieves successful outcomes for the family
Maintain and update all household manuals, policies and processes
Daily communication with principals and other support staff to ensure smooth operations
Service of principal and guests during events if needed
Assist with shopping and special requests when needed
Demonstrate high-end design sensibilities and appreciation of aesthetic quality
Oversee scheduling and smooth operations (orchestrating staff accordingly) for all events at the residences
Ideal Candidate
Arabic speaker would be an asset
Possess a formal yet comfortable approach, a hands-on attitude, and be flexible with their schedule
Experience within the role of house manager in the past and understand how to tailor specific guests needs quickly
Ability to travel when required across UAE and Europe
