Note

We are looking for an experienced food and beverage manager for our clients beautiful boutique hotel in Corsica. The role will be to manage a team of 15 professional staff and to exceed guest expectations and ensure company standards are high. This role would suit someone who is looking for a seasonal position, with accommodation included and the opportunity to work in beautiful Corsica for the summer season 2023.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a team of 15 F&B staff
  • Serving clients and guests during different service times
  • Motivating the team to excel at company and guests standards
  • Ensuring communication between all team members
  • Planning daily and weekly work schedules
  • Following company procedures
  • Management expertise and being able to deal with complaints if they arise
  • Dealing with suppliers and office management team members
Ideal Candidate
  • EU Passport holders only
  • Fluent English and French a plus
  • Background working in 5* hotels and restaurants
  • previous experience managing a team of 10-20 staff
  • Experience working in seasonal hotels
  • Well presented and professional
  • Management experience in a similar role
Package
    Salary: €3000 gross per month
  • Single room in a shared apartment is included.
  • Three meals/day included
  • Flight tickets paid after fulfilling the contract
  • 40 h/week, work 6 days/week
  • Start: 7th of May to 13th of October 2023
  • English a must, French a big plus.
