Planning only high quality menus
Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
Maintaining high standards of hygiene
Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
Ensuring food quality and taste is of the highest standard
Managing inventory of stock and ordering raw materials
Controlling budgets and minimising wastage
Maintaining health and hygiene in the kitchen
Ideal Candidate
At least 5 years experience working in 5* restaurants
