We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced nanny to join a lovely UHNW family based predominantly in Uruguay. You will be working as part of a team caring for their two charming boys, one aged 4.5 and the other 18 months. The family are also expecting a new baby in October who a separate NCS will care for. Both children are happy and healthy and have a natural and curious passion for life outdoors. They lead a very active life and embrace any learning opportunities. As a potential candidate you will be a fun, energetic, team player with a warm personality. You must be organised and able to act on your own initiative. The role is a mixture of sole charge and shared care, both parents are very hands on with the children. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm with some flexibility required. The majority of time the role will be based at the family home in Uruguay with some international travel, including to homes in New York and Barbados. There are no pets at the residences.

Responsibilities

• All general nanny duties apply, along with:
• Creating a warm, loving and structured environment
• Providing age-appropriate activities to engage, educate and stimulate
• Setting appropriate boundaries and expectations
• Organising outdoor activities, swimming, football etc.
• Supporting the growth of two active, polite, and healthy children
• International travel with the family

Ideal Candidate

• Willing to relocate to Uruguay
• Strong command of the English language, good communication skills
• Norland trained or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role for high-profile clients, with children of similar ages
• Strong swimmer and happy to swim regularly with the children
• Experience in international travel with children
• Additional languages are not essential, but some Spanish would be useful.
• Enthusiasm, dedication to responsibilities and a positive demeanour
• Professional, well presented and great organisational skills
• Seeking a long-term position
• Excellent references required from previous employers and proven longevity

Package

Salary: $90,000+
• Live-in. Accommodation when on duty will be own room and bathroom in the family home. Off duty it will be own room and bathroom in staff accommodation
