Note

We are looking for a number of highly experienced and passionate Junior Sous Chefs, to work within an exclusive Private Resort. You will be cooking for VVIP guests on a regular basis and demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Sous Chef with the following tasks:
• Planning menus
• Ensuring food quality and taste is of the highest standard
• Managing inventory of stock and ordering raw materials
• Controlling budgets and minimising wastage
• Maintaining health and hygiene in the kitchen
• Organising duty roster of the staff

Ideal Candidate

• Relevant qualifications
• Extensive experience working in either private households or 5* restaurants
• Passionate and creative
• Teamplayer
• Extremely high standards
• Copes well under high pressure environments

Package

Salary: $60,000 per year (Net)
• Salary (NET): USD 5,500/Month
• Accommodation: with swimming pool and leisure facilities
• Meals: included
• Transfer: return flights

• Contract: 12 months (renewable)
• 30 days annual leave (+30 bonus days available)
