Note

We are seeking a Property Maintenance Assistant to work with a small, friendly team on a stunning country estate in Hertfordshire. You will be reporting to the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager and will be carrying out maintenance work on the main household, and estate properties. This is a live out position. Candidates MUST have the right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of interior and exterior of all properties
• Plumbing
• Carpentry - fitting kitchen units, worktops etc.
• Basic brick laying
• Basic electrics - changing light fittings, replace plugs etc.
• General DIY & repairs
• Painting & decorating
• Renovations of tenant properties
• Clearing roofs and gutters
• Assisting with security of the estate when required
• Dealing with tenant reports and repairs

Ideal Candidate

• Previous property maintenance experience
• Basic plumbing and carpentry experience
• MUST have the right to live and work in the UK
• Driver essential

Package

Salary: £32,000 Gross per Annum
• Working week: 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4pm Friday. Some cover out of hours for emergencies
