We are looking for an experienced property manager to manage a stunning listed building in Cannes, South of France.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all operations for private properties in Europe.
  • Organise the stay of clients together with the sales department and reservations
  • Greet UHNW clients within the property
  • Respond to specific requests from customers during their stay and retain them in using our services and facilities
  • Supervise the operational teams (butlers, private chefs, valets, night watchman, chambermaids, laundry, Spa therapists, technical manager)
  • Be present in the field during customer stays and ensure compliance with brand service standards and their "Signature Service"
  • Manage the planning and control of team hours
  • Check the premises upon arrival (cleanliness, reception standards, amenities, VIP, etc.) and upon departure
  • Report any malfunction to the general management of the group and take care of the valuable assets of the property under his responsibility
  • Set up operational budgets for the seasons (expenses budget, Manning guide, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the human resources department on the recruitment, engagement and training of teams
  • Monitor customer invoicing, current expenses and cash management
  • Carry out inventories and control the state of stocks
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department on orders for goods and products
  • Perform daily reporting to the general management, on operations, customer feedback
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of all employee accommodation on site and outside depending on location
  • Be responsible for the customer experience on all the services offered and promote the other destinations of the Ultima group
Ideal Candidate
  • Higher education in a hotel school with a specialization in accommodation
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar function in a private villa, yacht or luxury hotel
  • Fluent French and English - A 3rd language a plus
  • PMS knowledge (Protel an asset)
  • Very good general knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Well presented
  • Proven ability to manage multicultural teams
  • Organised, rigorous and proactive
  • Perfect knowledge of the expectations and requirements of a high-end clientele
  • Ability to manage priorities and pressing customer demands
  • Versatile and available to customers at all times
  • Excellent manager (stocks, current expenses, payroll, etc.)
  • Great geographical mobility for taking up duties in different locations
