Note

We are looking for an experienced butler who has worked within a team of butlers and travelled in their previous roles. You will travel the world with this client and particularly be based in Ibiza and Barcelona during winter and summer months, whilst the rest of the year you will be travelling frequently between worldly destinations. This is a VVIP client and a truly unique butler role to fulfil. You will travel alongside the principal and their large entourage. You should hold an EU passport and be able to work within a demanding setting.

Responsibilities

• Travelling worldwide with the VVIP principal and their entourage
• F&B service as and when to the principal and their guests
• Organising all service and butler duties; wardrobe, arrangements and minor admin duties at each destination
• Organising the personal appointments of the principal, working closely with the client and their guests to ensure exceeding of expectations at every moment
• To be down to earth, conversational and understanding of the principal and their needs
• To work to a fast pace and have a truly flexible approach to work
• To work as a butler looking after the full care of the primary client and guests
• Daily routine tasks such as packing for trips and adventures
• Service at meal times,
• Booking of services such as massages, managing transport, booking excursions, management of hotels rooms and equipment
• Schedule management

Ideal Candidate

• EU Passport holder
• Well spoken English and additional languages advantageous
• Butler school educated and certified
• Someone who is able to travel and work at a fast pace
