Note

We are urgently looking for a Private Chef for a UHNW client based in Muscat, Oman. This is a live-in position, looking after the Principal and potentially a small number of guests. The ideal candidate will have training and experience in fine dining, and understand a wide variety of cuisines.

Responsibilities

• Menu planning in accordance to principal's requirements
• Providing breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and organised
• Sourcing and purchasing of fresh ingredients
• Pantry stocking and restocking
• Cleaning all kitchen related items
• Maintaining high hygiene standards
• Producing Michelin star quality dishes when the Principals are entertaining
• Growing the kitchen team with quality staff

Ideal Candidate

• Fluent in English
• Impeccable references
• Discreet attitude
• Currently based in London but willing to relocate
• Looking for a long term commitment
• Friendly, proactive with a can-do attitude
