TemporaryWe are currently seeking an experienced Chef for an exceptional private yacht to serve a VVIP Middle Eastern Principal. As the Chef, you will be responsible for cooking on a yacht for UHNWIs and ensuring that the galley is kept to the highest of standards. You will need to adapt quickly to different situations, which is typical in the fast-paced environment of a private yacht. The Chef will be responsible for providing meals to the owner, guests, and crew when the yacht is in use. Therefore, we are looking for an exceptional candidate who is passionate about creating delicious cuisine and can dazzle our guests with their culinary skills. The yacht has just undergone an extensive refit and intends to be a busy dual-season vessel, with summers cruising the Mediterranean and winters in the Gulf region. The role is starting from June to September in the Mediterranean, and we are open to a permanent position afterwards for the perfect candidate. We are seeking a Chef with a European cooking background and prior experience in working on private yachts. The successful candidate should be a self-starter, organised, and able to manage the galley efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
