If you and your partner have good hospitality experience and both want to do something a bit different than running your own ski chalet is a fantastic way to share a new and exciting adventure together. You will usually work alone in the running of your chalet and between the 2 of you would be required to shop, cater and serve breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner, keep the chalet clean and tidy at all times and build a good rapport with your guests to ensure they have the best possible ski holiday.
Some companies don’t require a huge amount of professional catering experience providing you are competent cooks and are happy to follow a set menu. Other companies would require one of you to be a fine dining chef and the other to have some 5* service and housekeeping experience. So whatever your level of experience, we will be able to find the right role for you.
