This position provides administrative and managerial support to the Resort Manager, assisting with the day-to-day operational running of Courchevel 1850. Predominantly back-of-house, you will be responsible for all resort administration, including HR documentation and in-chalet paperwork. You will also assist in the operational running of the chalets, checking standards and maintain high levels of service across the resort.
The Chef must be passionate about cooking homely food and happy to design his or her own menu within a budget.
