The principal and his wife live at the property permanently with their young children and go away for around 8 – 10 weeks of the year. You will still be needed during this time however hours will be less and your time more flexible. The role will involve liaising with other staff members regarding both the principals and their children’s schedules, ensuring that you know where to be at all times.
Salary: £50,000 – £53,000

Hours: Mon – Fri – 07:30 – 18:30 & Sat 08:00 – 14:00 or 16:00 – 22:00 (with flexibility)

As Ski Hotels Manager, you will lead the hotel reservations sales team with drive and energy to ensure maximum sales are achieved from all enquiries and achieving the targets set by the company.
Driving duties (occasional);-
As Sales Consultant you will develop and maintain client relationships to convert enquiries into bookings, create bespoke holiday proposals and process any confirmed bookings to completion, making sure that agreed targets are achieved. In addition to this, you will also be key in ensuring the smooth running of the after-sales concierge process.
In order to become more familiar with the portfolio, you will have the opportunity to travel, visiting properties, meeting with owners/operators and experiencing the first class service they provide. As part of a small team, from time to time you may also be required to assist in other ad hoc projects and activities to help with the growth and smooth running of the business, such as the loading of properties, writing blog posts on properties or areas visited, do social media posts etc.
