In this role you will be working as ‘right hand woman/ man’ to the head of the property company.You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ideally have experience in the luxury sector dealing with UHNWs.
Enthusiasm, personality and flexibility are key. This role may appeal to ex House Managers/PA’s/Estate Managers who have experience dealing with multiple properties. As the role is anticipated to develop over time the tasks involved will vary massively however below is an outline of what will be included (but not limited to):

Hours: 5 days per week, full time
The house is one of London’s finest private homes, and has been refurbished to an exceptionally high level, so an understanding of heritage buildings, premium equipment and the logistics of a property of this nature is essential. The House also has a private spa and swimming pool complex, tennis court and extensive landscaped grounds.
The role largely consists of three key areas:
The Principals have not employed a House Manager before now, and elements of the role have been previously covered elsewhere within the Principal’s business, the offices of which are currently located onsite. Therefore, you should be prepared for a role that will evolve over time, and should be prepared and motivated to implement household and property management processes and procedures from scratch. A degree of flexibility is required as the role develops, and you will interact on an ongoing basis with other team members within the Principals’ business.
The complex is likely to develop over the coming years, and the role is likely to develop in line with future properties in addition to the main house.
