Each of their employees is carefully selected for their abilities in accordance with high standards and their resort teams have an unparalleled knowledge of the area. Each chalet is run by no less than four highly-trained staff, giving them the highest staff-to-guest ratio in the Three Valleys providing their clients with a truly memorable holiday experience.
They know that their staff are integral to what they do and each of their chalets has a dedicated and experienced team consisting of a manager, professionally-trained chef, hostess, driver and assistant.
1 Chef per Chalet
This position is integral to the client’s satisfication of their holiday. As a result this role is demanding and requires a high level of service and professionalism. We require chefs who have had experience in high end luxury chalets, yachts or restaurants. Preferably catering experience for different nationalities including Russian and French. A team player and the ability to work independently, with excellent time management and organisational skills is mandatory.

Working a ski season is a fantastic opportunity to further your career within the hospitality industry whilst meeting new people and skiing as much as possible. Ski seasons are suitable for individuals who have good previous hospitality of catering experience, who are hard-working, adventurous, and who aren’t afraid of trying something completely new. You don’t need to be able to ski before starting season work, being in the mountains for a whole winter is the perfect time to learn.
Your package will often include travel, accommodation, food, ski hire, lift pass, and a weekly salary.
